Design

TSFC team’s more than 25-year experience in designing and manufacturing different valves has helped design engineers deliver the best. The wide-range of products are manufactured adhering to the International Standards like API, ASME, ASTM, BS, ISO, IBR, EN, PED, MSS-SP, NACE & others. We use leading-edge software tools to generate valve component models.

The design team’s experience is providing valuable design input to our design and engineering team to manufacture valves of the highest quality and International standards for trouble free operations.

Manufacturing

TSFC has an advanced machining facility and the entire process provides an organized workflow to perform machining operations on all valve components. With experience TSPV is capable of handling different grades of materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex steel and exotic materials.

TSFC employs highly skilled & qualified workers and welders who have been qualified under the ASME SEC IX and ISO standards to carry out all welding activities including radiography quality welding.

Quality Assurance & Testing

TSFC is known to offer high quality products which are strictly compliant with international quality standards. To ensure that products do not present any defects, we have established an inspection process at all stages. starting with the finish stage, the current stage and the final stage by using proper monitoring control resources/tools as per our Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).

To perform NDT tasks we have a team of technically qualified NDT personnel who are certified to ASNT Level II. All our NDT procedures which are as per ISO standards and have been approved by ANST level 3.

TSFC has the best testing facilities in its class to test valves and ensure maximum safety for operators and supervisors.

Post Delivery/ After Sales

TSFC is committed to supply products without complaint to its clients. With each product supplied we provide instruction and user manual to facilitate their proper installation and operations.

In order to handle customer complaints or requests, we have a set of defined processes from the registration of the complaint to the close of the complaint to meet the satisfaction level of the customer. Base-level analysis is performed and corrections are implemented to prevent complaints for other batches of manufacturing.
